I have heavy legs when running...? what am i suffering from...?

I haven't been running of exercising for the pass 4 and so years... and was wondering if thats why when i try to run, my legs tend to fatigue near the shin and knees(even after running for a few minutes)... am i suffering from some sort of disorder or is it my lack of exercise...? I'm 5'4 and 135 lbs...so i don't think it's my weight...and i been trying to run for the pass month and I still feel fatigued in my legs before anywhere else...I have heavy legs when running...? what am i suffering from...?
It's most likely due to your lack of exercise. I actually almost definately think that's it. BUt, if you're over-doing it you may be getting shin splints. It's actually where the muscle's pulling away from the shin. It's common, and it hurts pretty bad. But i think it's just your lack of exercise.
prob lack of leg muscle lack of exercise oh just keep on wxercising also it might be a condition called lead foot
You know some people can run and some people can't. Maybe it might be the time that you can't do it any more. We are not as young as we were. So our body does the complete opposite from what we want it to do. If it was meant for us to run all the time then we wouldn't get up in our golden years. That is the time that we are to enjoy life and take it easy.
