I have a question about my throat.?

Yesterday I was at work and I felt something in my throat that made it feel like I was being scratched when I swallowed. This morning, I went into the bathroom to see if I could find out what it was. What I found was that I had something in my tonsils that appears to be a little brown rock. I got it out but I have no idea what it is. Can anyone give me an idea? Could it just be some food that was stuck and hardened or is it something more serious? Any input would be appreciated. Thank you.I have a question about my throat.?
