also make sure you clean your teeth at least once a day to help prevent infection
UUUUmmmm sounds like something you may want to go get checked??!? I might of had a allergic reaction to something you ate.
It could be several things. Usually, they are just salivary glands, that for some reason become irritated and inflamed. Not really for any reason, just can happen sometimes. If there are other symtoms associated with it, such as fever, sore throat, or it just won't go away, you probably need to bring it up to your Dr.

There is a possibility of a stone forming in the salivary gland. One can usually tell by the bump swelling some when beginning to eat or drink something. Check with your Dr.
