I have been blinking like crazy?

i keep on blinking its like nonstop everyone says its annoying, and it anoying me too. How do i stop?I have been blinking like crazy?
Is it like a nervous tick? If so, you may just need to learn to relax or you may have mild social anxiety.
If it is because your eyes hurt, it could be dry eyes or allergies.
If the lids are twitching on their own (not blinking, but twitching), then it might have something to do with the vitamins.
If it is really a problem, talk to your doctor.

sorry to hear that buddy, but how can you not be able to control that if you really try? Did you get really scared recently or something? It probably has something to do with your nerves. If it's a serious problem for you go ask your doctor.
It can have a multiple range of causes. Check with an Opthomologist--they have further training than an Optometrist. They can help you.
dry eyes, something irritating them---eye Dr.
or maybe it is obseessive compulsive--family Dr.
