I have a cold and can't sneeze??

I have a cold:
Really stuffy nose
Kind of sore throat
I think and feel im about to sneeze.. but it dosn't come. Insted, the feeling goes away and my eyes water. HELP! What can I do? What is it?I have a cold and can't sneeze??
Try a saline nasal RINSE (not a spray) A full warm water saline rinse goes in one nostril and out the other. It draws out all the gunk and shrinks the tissue (like swimming in the ocean). I've been doing it at work too.

when you feel the tickle in your nose, and you're just about to sneeze, try looking at a bright light (ie the sun, or the ceiling light) it seems to force the sneeze everytime i do that.
The reason you're having this sensation is probably sinus trouble. Try using a sinus and cold medicine that comes with both advantages.
