I have a cold and i worry about my coworkers?

i have had a cold (symptoms: runny nose, very mild controllable coughing) and i am taking cold meds (mucinex, robitussin, dayquill, benadryl). i go to men's room to blow my runny nose and when i cough, i use my hands, which i promptly wash w/soap.
i work in a small office with a team of coworkers. we talk a lot, business related and friendly water cooler talk.
is there a chance that by talking to them, i can give them my cold? it's not like i to sneeze at them, or cough at them.I have a cold and i worry about my coworkers?
You are taking the best preventative measures to not spread your cold around. Yes, just by talking to them you can spread your cold. The germs fly out of your mouth and weasel their way to the next closest victim. Your co-workers need to play their part, too. Make sure they do not touch their eyes, mouth, basically anywhere in the face region. Unfortunately, there is no fool-proof way to prevent the spread of infection. You can spray surfaces that you touch with lysol. Drink lots of fluids. Increase your B vitamins, C and zinc.
JUST YOUR TOUCHING THINGS THEY TOUCH WILL BRING THEM IN CONTACT WITH YOU AND YOUR GERMS "TYPHOID MARY"
