I need help losing weight im 13?

It depends on how over weight you are. At 13, your body is still changing and your body type will more then likely change with age. You can try controlling what you eat. Eat healthier, more veggies and fruit, less chips and soda. If you are really interested in losing weight, talk to your counselor or school nurse. Or you can talk to your doctor about it. They can set up a program for you that includes diet and exercise. They can also rule out some medical problems that could be causing weight issues. More then likely, you aren't as overweight as you think you are, and just a little exercise and calorie control will help. You aren't too young to change your habits and have it work for you, just make sure you work with someone who knows you and can help you the whole way.
dude, youre 13, what the heck is wrong with you!?!?!? excercise, you shouldnt be taking pills or dieting until youre like 30 or something! you can still excercise when your still young, you cant break your back at this age. whatever u do though, don't go anorexic or the throwing up procedure either, it will make you so much worse!!!!!!
Because you are 13, you need to not worry about your weight. If you seriously want to lose weight, talk to a counseler. Wanting to lose weight at your age is not safe.
