If mobile phones cause cancer, why don't more people have tumours in their hands?

Just one of those strange questions one thinks of in the daydreaming hours :)If mobile phones cause cancer, why don't more people have tumours in their hands?
most probably bcos our brain cells are much more sensitive compared to skin
there is no proof whatsoever that cell phones cause tumors or cancer. so this question doesnt really make sense. sorry!!!
Because its just another way for the government to control us and make us scared of stupid things, that arent really all that threatening.
My Question would have been - why don't guys get tumors 'near their pockets' from keeping them in their pockets all the time!!
