If I have a bad cold and am congested should I work out or try to get rest?

I read on CNN.com sweating out a cold is a myth.If I have a bad cold and am congested should I work out or try to get rest?
you should definelty get rest. it isnt good for your body to tire it out when you are sick. one more suggestion:
to get rid of feeling congesteed, try this:
boil some water on a stove
add 1 tsp of vicks to it
take it off the stove (of course)
drape a towel over your head and the pot so your head and the water are inclosed
inhale and exhale like this for a while!
rest
Rest and drink a lot of fluids. Take steamy showers to help congestion, but don't let it go too far before seeing a doctor if it doesn't improve.
your body needs rest. If you work yourself too hard now, it will take longer to recover.
Reast
Sweating out a cold is not a myth. I have sweat out a cold before. You should defanatley get some rest and maybe take some cold medicene and go see your doctor if it has lasted for more than a week straight
it is, you need to rest, if you sweat it out do it with a hot lemon drink. That is what is best, take lots of orange juice and vitamin c and tyelnol for your fever and a decongestant. Good luck.
