If a person is in distressed then what will u do in that situation?
Try to calm them down...or just agree with them...MANY PEOPLE WANT YOU TO ACKNOWLEDGE THEM AND ATLEAST AGREE WITH PART OF WHAT THEY ARE SAYING...try that maybe, it will work for you>>> i hope i have helped..
